Step 1
getting to
know you |
Before we start creating the kitchen of your dreams, we need to understand who you are, how you work and what you’re looking for. There are two options for your first appointment.

a. You can visit our showroom Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (appointments are recommended), with other times available to fit your schedule. Bring your measurements, appliance information and blueprints with you. There is no fee for this consultation.

b. If you’d prefer, the first appointment can be in your home. The $125 fee is applied to your kitchen purchase. We take measurements, discuss design ideas, personal preferences, and make a second appointment for you to visit the showroom.

Step 2
preparation |
Once we know what you’d like, we consider the space you have. We look with trained eyes at things like plumbing, electric, existing windows and doors, and create a preliminary design. Based on discussions with you, an accurage budget for your kitchen is established. If it all sounds appetizing, we ask for a 5% retainer which is applied to your purchase.

Step 3
select the freshest ingredients |
Arrangements are made for us to visit your home, verify measurements and appliance specifications. We meet with you again in our showroom, refine your design and help with finalizing your selection of color, style, wood, counters, etc. There is a lot to see in our 3,000 square foot showroom, with over 70 door styles, 250 colors, and displays of cabinets, counters and accessories! When you’re ready to order, we ask for a 50% deposit. The balance is due when your kitchen is delivered.

Step 4
putting it all together |
Now let’s put it all together! We work closely with the contractor you’ve selected, or we can recommend one. A detailed drawing is provided, including appliance specifications, as well as a detailed accounting of your investment. Cabinets are received and thoroughly inspected in our facility, then carefully blanket-wrapped and delivered by our truck to your home.
